摘要
阀体是液压/弹簧蓄能驱动安全阀的重要组成部件,阀体在关闭状态下的受力与变形直接影响平板阀的寿命和工作效率。采用COMSOL软件对安全阀阀体部件在工作压力下的受力与变形进行了有限元分析。模拟结果显示了阀体的应力分布情况,最大应力位于O形圈的凹槽内,通过改变凹槽的截面形状,可以降低最大应力值。通过模拟结果发现最大变形量为0.15 mm,位于中间与阀板相连位置;采用肋板和环形加强筋结构的阀体,其最大应力为343 MPa,最大变形量为0.11mm。
Valve body is an important component in safety valve of the hydraulic/spring energy storage driven.The stress and deformation of the valve body in the closed state affect directly the service life of plate valve and the work efficiency.Using the COMSOL software,it carries on the finite element simulation of the stress and deformation of vale body under the working pressure.Simulation results show the stress distribution of the valve body,and the maximum stress is located in the o ring groove.Changing the cross section shape of groove can reduce the maximum stress value.The results show that the maximum deformation is 0.15 mm,which are connected to the valve plate in the middle position.Improving the rib and annular structure of valve body can control the maximum stress less than 343 MPa,and the maximum deformation is only 0.11 mm.
