摘要
对于目前产品概念创新设计中存在的问题和不足,提出了基于AHP-TRIZ理论的产品概念创新设计模型。以儿童滑板车的概念创新设计为例,通过AHP问卷获得儿童对滑板车设计的具体需求,确定概念创新设计需解决的关键问题,应用TRIZ的通用工程参数描述技术冲突,查询阿齐舒勒冲突矩阵,找到合适的发明原理,解决了儿童滑板车在造型设计、功能设计、特色设计方面的技术冲突,并将其细化为具体的产品概念设计方案,完成了儿童滑板车的创新设计。
Aiming at the existing problems and deficiencies in the innovation design of product concept,it introduces a new product conceptual design model based on AHP-TRIZ. Taking the concept innovative design of children's scooter as example,it obtains the specific needs of children about scooter design through the AHP questionnaire,identifies the key issues of innovative design,applies universal engineering parameter of TRIZ to describe the technology conflict,queries Archie Schuler matrix,finds the suitable solution,solves the technology conflict in the shape design and function design and characteristic design,refines the conflicts into specific product concept design schemes,completes innovative design of children's scooter.
