不同绝缘气体对内部故障电弧压力效应的影响 被引量:6

摘要 故障电弧会引起开关柜内气压上升而破坏设备危害附近工作人员,是较为严重的常见事故之一。由于SF_6具有严重的温室效应,为了减少其使用量,笔者研究了不同替代气体对故障电弧压力效应的影响。笔者通过大量实验研究了密闭腔体内氮气和二氧化碳绝缘气体发生内部故障电弧时的压力上升特性,并通过计算总结了不同气体能量转移系数(kp)的规律。研究表明:相同电弧能量下氮气比二氧化碳压力上升更大;压力上升和能量转移系数都随初始充气压增大而上升;相同电弧电流时,二氧化碳比氮气的能量转移系数大。这些发现有利于更好地了解和利用替代气体氮气和二氧化碳,减少SF_6的使用量。 Arc fault causes pressure rise in the switch cabinet to damage equipment and harm people nearby. Because SF6 gas produces serious greenhouse effect, the influences of different substitutive insulating gases on the pressure rise due to internal arc fault were investigated in this study to reduce the usage of SF6.Many experiments were carried out to reveal the pressure rise in a chamber filled with nitrogen or carbon dioxide,and the energy transfer coefficient (kp) of each substitutive gas was calculated. Results showed that the pressure rise was greater in nitrogen than in carbon dioxide under the same arc energy,the pressure rise and kp increased with the initial gas pressure of experimental vessel,the kp was bigger in carbon dioxide than in nitrogen under the same arc current. Th- ese findings are conducive to better understanding and utilization of alternative gases N2 and CO2, to redue the amount of SF6 used.
