摘要
以某六层砖混结构办公楼纠偏工程为例,对纠偏工程中的具体设计和施工工序进行了简要阐述:主要包括顶升托换结构系统设计、顶升纠偏施工方法和施工着重点、顶升托换过程中墙体和柱的构造处理设计和顶升监测设计等。并结合工程实际对纠偏工程的效果与施工前后进行了观测对照,其纠偏结果达到了相关的技术标准和设计要求,建筑物整体稳定,工程取得了预期的效果。
In this paper,a six storey brick structure rectification engineering office building as an example,the specific design of the rectification works were carefully introduced and the construction process are briefly introduced,including lifting bracket design for the structure of the system,jack up rectification construction method and key underpinning jacking walls and columns in the process of construction design and lift monitoring design. Combined with the engineering practice of engineering before and after the correction effect and construction control were observed,the correction results can meet the requirements of relevant technical standards and design,the overall stability of the buildings,the project has achieved the desired results.
