稠油掺稀输送中混合油黏度与最优掺稀比研究 被引量:3

摘要 稠油掺稀油输送技术是油田实现减阻增输的重要方法。为了降低稠油管道输送过程中的能量损失,以管道输送的水头损失作为优化目标,通过对比混合油黏度计算模型,建立了水头损失与质量掺稀比关系的数学模型,并以某管道为例进行了计算分析。结果表明:稠油掺稀油是非常有效的降黏方式,可大幅降低稠油黏度;Cragoe修正模型能较好预测掺稀油后混合油黏度;随着质量掺稀比的增加,水头损失先减小之后出现小幅增加;利用Cragoe修正模型和水头损失的计算方法及稠油与稀油的物性参数,可对最优质量掺稀比进行计算分析。 Heavy crude oil thinning transportation technology is an important method to increase the throughput and decrease the loss of friction. In order to reduce the energy loss in the heavy oil transportation by pipeline, a mathematical model on the relationship between head loss and mass dilution ratio is established, which takes the head loss as the optimization objective and is based on the comparisons of the mixed oil viscosity calculation models. This model is used for analyzing and calculating a heavy oil pipeline. The results show that mixing heavy oil with light oil is very effective to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil; the modified Cragoe model can better predict the viscosity of mixed oil; with the mass dilution ratio increasing, the head loss reduces first then there is a slight increase. With the modified Cragoe model and the calculation method of the head loss, and considering the properties of heavy oil and light oil, the best mass dilution ratio can be worked out.
