摘要 设计一种以STC89C52RC为控制核心的高精度可调便携式QCM检测系统。系统包括石英晶体多谐振荡、频率处理、单片机控制、RS 232通信等模块,使用石英晶体多谐振荡模块完成晶振片的驱动、频率选择、整形,输出信号经频率处理模块处理后交给单片机控制模块计数并显示,RS 232通信模块实现单片机与计算机之间数据传输。与现有的检测装置相比硬件方面滤波器设置为巴特沃兹三阶可调带通滤波器,通过调节其中心频率可满足多种频率晶振片需要,在软件设计中加入温度控制机制进一步提高了系统的稳定性,测量误差仅为0.03%,且成本低、携带方便,达到了设计要求。 A high-precision, tunable and portable QCM detection system taking STC89C52RC as its control core was designed. The system includes the quartz crystal multi-harmonic oscillation module, frequency processing module, single chip microcomputer control module and RS 232 communication module. The quartz crystal multi-harmonic oscillation module is used to drive the quartz crystal, select the frequency, and shape the waveform. The output signal is processed with frequency processing module to hand over to the single chip microcomputer control module for count and display. The data is transmitted between single chip microcomputer and computer through RS 232 communication module. In comparison with the available detection devices, the filter is set for a tunable three-order Butterworth bandpass one, which can satisfy the requirement of quartz crystal with different frequencies by adjusting the center frequency. The temperature control mechanism is added into the software design to further improve the stability of the system. The detection error of the system is only 0.03%. The system has low cost, is easy to carry, and can reach the design requirement.
