摘要
目的探讨在急性脑梗死患者中应用综合护理干预对静脉输液致静脉炎的效果,为临床护理提供理论依据。方法选取90例急性脑梗死患者并将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。两组均给予静脉注射,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者静脉输液致静脉炎的发生率、静脉炎程度和静脉炎愈合时间。结果观察组静脉炎的发生率(22.22%)明显低于对照组(46.67%)(P>0.05),静脉炎程度轻于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的静脉炎发生时间晚于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者静脉炎愈合时间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死患者静脉输液过程中给予综合护理,能够有效降低静脉炎发生率和严重程度,并延迟静脉炎的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical nursing. Methods Ninety cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases in each group. All patients were given intravenous infusion, patients in the control group accepted routine nursing, and patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of phlebitis, the degree of phlebitis and the healing time of phlebitis were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group (22.22%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (46.67%) (P〈0.05), and phlebitis severity was less than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significantl (P〉0.05). The phlebitis occurrence time in the observation group was later than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in healing time of phlebitis between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing on phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion in patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively reduce the incidence of phlebitis, and delay the occurrence of phlebitis.
