摘要
目的对优质护理应用于神经内科住院患者的满意度进行分析。方法选择我院于2015年2月至2016年2月收治的神经内科住院治疗患者80例作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上采用优质护理,对比两组护理评分与护理满意度。结果研究组患者的病房环境、服务态度、护理过程及护理结果评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理总体满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对神经内科的住院患者采取优质护理服务可显著提高患者对护理的满意度,值得推荐。
Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing on satisfaction degree in nursing of inpatients in neurology. Methods From February 2015 to February2016, 80 cases of neurology hospitalized patients in our hospital were selected as study objects, and randomly divided into the research group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional nursing care, and the research group received quality nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing scores and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared. Results The scores of ward environment, service attitude, nursing process and nursing results in the research group were higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05), the nursing satisfaction degree of patients in the research group was higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing in nursing of inpatients in neurology can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of popularization.
