摘要
目的研究百杀净雾化剂在空集装箱中杀虫灭鼠及消毒效果。方法以德国小蠊、ICR小鼠和SD大鼠为试验对象,使用超微粒雾化机采用不同给药剂量对20英尺空集装箱中笼中受试动物进行杀虫灭鼠效果现场药效试验,在此基础上验证筛选出的推荐剂量对40英尺空集装箱的杀虫灭鼠效果,并进一步按照笼中受试动物现场药效评价中有效剂量对散放受试动物进行现场药效试验。检测不同给药剂量雾化剂对空集装箱中空气的消毒效果。结果当给药剂量为3 g/m^3时,笼中试虫、试鼠的1 h击倒率和24 h死亡率均为100.00%,同时具有空气消毒作用,但对散放受试动物的杀虫、灭鼠效果不能达到100.00%。结论百杀净雾化剂具有快速杀虫灭鼠和消毒效果,但对散放受试动物给药剂量值得进一步研究。
Objective To study the disinfection effect of air and the control effects against insects and rodents with Baishajing-aerosol agents in empty containers. Methods Blattella germanica,ICR mice and SD rats in cages were tested,ultrafine atomization agent of Baishajing with different dosage were sprayed to the containers for field test on insects and rodents control in 20 feet empty container. Biological efficacy confirmatory field test of recommended dose of Baishajing-aerosol agents on insects and rodents control in 40 feet empty container were performed,too. The experimental animals scattered on the field efficacy test had been done in accordance with the dose of experimental animals in the cage. Field test of the biological efficacy of different dosage Baishajing-aerosol agents on air disinfection were detected,simultaneously. Results When the dosage was 3 g/m^3,the 1 hour killing efficacy and 24 hours mortality of Baishajing-aerosol agents in field to the test aninmals in cages were all 100.00%. At the same time,significant air disinfection had been showed. But the 1 hour killing efficacy and 24 hours mortality of the same dose of Baishajing-aerosol agents in container field sites to scattered insects and rodents were not 100.00%. Conclusion Baishajing-aerosol agents had a good disinfection effect and remarkable control effects against insects and rodents. It is worth further research on the dosage of the drug in the scattered test animals.
