摘要
以体育消费需求升级为分析视角,通过分析体育产业存在的问题,指出体育产业转型发展路径。体育消费需求升级是促进体育产业转型发展的重要动力,但目前我国体育产业结构不合理、关联程度低等因素制约其转化为体育产业发展效益。体育产业转型发展的现实路径主要有:以体育消费需求升级为核心,促进体育市场扩大有效供给、创新管理制度、改善消费环境、优化政策系统;以体育服务业发展为重点,培育新业态、推广新模式、拓展新空间、提升服务质量;以健全体育市场机制为关键,完善法律法规,实施政策激励、保护消费者权益,加强质量监管和规范市场秩序。
Analyzing the issues in the structure of sports industry in new sports consumption requirements perspective to find a realistic route of the optimization of sports industrial structure. It is found that though the increase of the sports consumption requirement is a significant move which can facilitate the optimization of sports industrial structure, there still exists some obstacles like irrational sports industry structure and low correlation in this procedure. It's a must to take increasing sports consumption requirements as the propulsion, to expand effective sports market supply, to innovate management system, to improve the consumption environment and to optimize the policy system. It's also of great importance to consider the development of sports service industry as the emphasis, meanwhile, to establish new format, to popularize new pattern, to expand new spaces and to promote the quality of public services. In order to select the realistic route of the optimization of the sports industrial structure, it's a need to treat the enhancement of the sports market mechanism as the keystone, meliorating the laws and regulations of sports consumption market, implementing policy incentives, protecting consumers' rights, giving weight to quality surveillance and standardizing market order.
