摘要
通过灰化、氧化和萃取三步从干海带中提取出了碘。采用紫外可见分光光度法测定了碘在氯仿中的吸收光谱,碘在氯仿中的最大吸收波长为511 nm,用吸收光谱测定了海带中碘的含量,标准曲线回归方程为Abs=0.00214c+0.00286,相关系数R=0.9998,回收率大于97%。结果显示,该方法可以准确的测出海带中碘的含量,海带上半部分含碘量为0.0316%,下半部分海带中碘含量为0.022%,上半部分碘的含量高于下半部分。
The iodine in kelp was extracted through ashing, oxidation and extraction. The absorption spectrum of iodine was determined in chloroform by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. The maximum absorption wavelength of iodine was 511 nm. The iodine content in kelp was determined by uhraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. The standard curve regression equation was Abs = 0. 00214c+0. 00286, R = 0. 9998. The recovery rate was greater than 97%. The results showed that the spectrophotometry was an accurate determination method of iodine content. The iodine content was0. 0316% and 0. 022% in the upper part and lower part of kelp, respectively. The iodine content in upper part of kelp was greater than the iodine content in lower part.
