摘要
DTB结晶器是一种细晶浆循环式结晶器,由PLC控制物料温度,其工作原理和结构独特,产品具有传热效率高、配置简单、操作控制方便等特点,广泛适用于化工、医药、农药等行业的结晶工艺。本文介绍了DTB结晶器的技术设计方案,并结合工程应用给予了分析。
DTB crystallizer is a kind of fine crystal slurry circulating crystallizer. The material temperature is controlled by PLC. Its working principle and structure is unique. The product has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, simple configuration, easy operation control. It is widely used in chemical industry, medicine, pesticide and other industries in crystallization process. This paper introduces the design scheme of DTB crystallizer, and combining with the application of engineering analysis.
