摘要
本文分析了国外典型单位技术标准体系建设的现状和特点,结合新形势下军工项目标准体系建设的需求,研究提出了某军工项目标准体系建设的思路、方案和建设步骤,并在项目标准体系建设中进行了实践。同时,针对标准体系在后续项目中的应用,运用信息化手段提供了一种解决方案。该标准体系的建设和实施方案,可为新形势下军工项目标准体系建设提供一种管理和技术方面的参考和借鉴。
The paper analyzes the present development status and features of technical standards system in typical foreign units, puts forward the overall ideas, plans and implementation steps of the standards system construction of a military project based on the actual demands under new situation. At the same time, it applies the above theory to actual practice. Finally, it puts forward an information application means of the project standards system to facilitate future use. The standards system construction and implementation methods provide management and technical reference for construction and application of military project standards systems under new situation.
