摘要
目的:探讨吴茱萸加粗盐热熨神阙穴对阑尾切除术后患者胃肠功能影响。方法:选取符合标准的80例患者,随机分为治疗组(41例)和对照组(39例),治疗组用吴茱萸加粗盐加热,以神阙穴为中心区域,进行热敷治疗30min,2次/d,对照组常规治疗,观察2组患者胃肠功能恢复情况。结果:在肠鸣音恢复、首次排便时间方面,治疗组明显优于对照组;胃动素术后48h、72h分泌明显增加,血管活性肠肽术后48h、72h分泌明显降低,2组比较有统计学意义;术前及术后24h胃动素、血管活性肠肽分泌情况,2组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:吴茱萸加粗盐热熨神阙穴对阑尾切除术后患者胃肠功能能恢复有促进作用。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Wuzhuyu combine with crude salt hot iron on the Shenque acupoint on the patients＇ gastrointestinal function after appendicectomy. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ 41 cases） and control group（ 39 cases）. The treatment group was treated with Wuzhuyu combine with crude salt hot iron on the Shenque acupoint for 30min, 2 times/d, the control group received conventional treatment, to observe the two groups of patients with gastrointestinal function recovery. Results： In the recovery of bowel sounds and the first defecation time, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The secretion of motilin was significantly increased at 48 h and 72 h after operation, and the secretion of vasoactive intestinal peptide was significantly decreased at 48 h and 72 h after operation. There were no significant differences in the levels of motilin and vasoactive intestinal peptide between the two groups before and after operation. Conclusion： Wuzhuyu combine with crude salt hot iron on the Shenque acupoint has a positive effect on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after appendectomy.
