摘要
目的研究甲状腺次全切术后的护理方法及效果。方法将2014年3月—2015年6月接收的甲状腺次全切术者90例随机分成实验组与对照组,每组45例。实验组行干预护理,对照组行常规护理。观察两组并发症发生情况,比较护理满意率。结果实验组并发症者明显少于对照组,P<0.05。实验组护理满意度为97.78%,对照组为82.22%。实验组明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论将干预护理用于甲状腺次全切术中,可减少并发症,提高疗效。
Objective To study the thyroid subtotal resection methods of care and effect. Methods Subtotal thyroidectomy surgery by March 2014 to June 2015 received 90 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, 45 cases in each group. Nursing intervention experimental group, the control group underwent routine care. Observe two groups of complications, nursing satisfaction. Results The experimental group complications were significantly less than the control group, P〈0.05. Experimental group nursing satisfaction with 97.78% in the control group was 82.22%. Experimental group was significantly higher, P〈0.05. Conclusion The nursing interventions for subtotal thyroidectomy surgery can reduce complications and improve efficacy.
