汉坦病毒基因重排病毒株毒力变化的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :比较汉坦病毒基因重排病毒L7MSS7和L7MSS7S株与亲代病毒 76 118株、SR 11株毒力的差异。 方法 :选取汉坦病毒基因重排病毒株L7MSS7株和L7MSS7S株 ,分别接种于VeroE6细胞和乳小鼠 ,观察其在VeroE6细胞中的增殖特性和对乳小鼠致死性 ,并与亲代病毒 76 118株、SR 11株进行比较。 结果 :发现L7MSS7S株在VeroE6细胞中较其他病毒株生长缓慢 ,接种后 14天无一只死亡。L7MSS7株接种于VeroE6细胞中第 8天 ,约 3 5的VeroE6细胞脱落 ,接种后第 10天乳小鼠存活率 75 % ,较亲代病毒显著增高。 结论 Objectives:Comparing the virulence and biological characteristic of the genetic reassorment viruses of Hantaviruses with the parental strains. Methods:To study the propagation and replication of genetic reassortment viruses strains of Hantaviruses L 7M SS 7 strains and L 7M SS 7S strains in Vero E6 cells,and the virulence in newborn mice. Results:The propagation and replication of L 7M SS 7S strains was slower than the parental strains in Vero E6 cells,and no newborn mice died after 20 days of inoculation.75% of newbon mice survived after 10 days of inoculation L 7M SS 7 strains,the viability is much higher than the parental strains. Conclusions:There is difference in virulent and biological characteristic between the genetic reassorment viruses and the parental strains.
