可降解聚合物在组织工程心脏瓣膜中应用的皮下埋植实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :评价作为组织工程心脏瓣膜支架的聚羟乙酸 聚乳酸共聚物 (PGLA)、聚 β 羟基丁酯 (polyhydroxybu tyrate ,PHB)、胶原膜三种生物可吸收材料的组织相容性和皮下吸收情况。 方法 :本文对照研究三种材料经皮下埋植后 2、4、6、8周和 12周的大体观察及组织学检查。 结果 :胶原膜皮下包埋 8周仍保持膜状结构 ,8~ 12周完全降解 ,组织相容性及皮下吸收情况优于PHB及PGLA。 结论 Objectives:To investigate and evaluate the histocompatibility and absorbability of PGLA,Polyhydroxybutyrate(PHB),collagenous film,three biodegradable polymer scaffolds for tissue engineering heart valve. Methods:The histologic examination and gross observation of three biodegradable polymer scaffolds after hypodermic implantation for 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks, 8weeks and 12 weeks were contrastively analysed. Results:Collagenous film retained the membranous structure after 8 weeks hypodermic implantation,complete degradation occurred after 8~12 weeks.The histocompatibility and absorbability of the polymer are better than those of PGLA and PHB. Conclusions:Collagenous film can be used to fabricate a three-dimensional,biodegradable tissue engineering heart valve scaffold.
