灰色关联故障树在航空发动机滑油系统的应用 被引量:3

摘要 航空发动机故障严重影响飞行安全性,其中发动机滑油系统故障占较大比例,因此针对发动机滑油系统故障进行研究,提出了灰色关联分析法与故障树分析法相结合的航空发动机滑油系统故障分析方法。根据发动机滑油系统的工作原理和部件结构特点,分析在运行过程中几种常见的故障形式,考虑故障系统特征行为与相关因素行为的关系,同时对发动机滑油故障树最小割集组成的各种故障模式按关联度系数大小进行排序。并以某航空公司一定航班派遣和固定航段飞行时间内的发动机滑油系统故障事件为例,对提出方法的有效性进行验证。结果表明,该方法能准确判断导致航空发动机滑油系统故障发生的最大关联故障原因,从而为航空发动机的故障维修提供依据。 The fault of aero-engine seriously affects the safety of the flight,among the failures of the aero-engine,the lubricant system failures accounts for a large proportion. This paper focuses on the analysis of the lubricant system failures. This failure analysis of aero-engine lubricating system is based on the method by combination of grey incidence and fault tree analysis. Firstly,according to the aero-engine lubrication system working principle and structure characteristics of components,this paper analyzes several common faults in the operation process of the system and considers the relationship between the characteristic behavior of the lubricant system failures and the related factors. Secondly,various fault events consisting of the minimum cut sets of fault tree are sorted,based on the size of the incidence coefficient. This paper bases on the lubricant system failures for example,in an airline flight dispatch and fixed flight time,to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The result shows that the method accurately identifies the cause of the aero-engine lubricant system failure to its associated events,which can further provide the guides for the aero-engine maintenance.
