摘要
介绍了露石混凝土的研究现状,从露石混凝土路面施工的原材料、露石剂喷洒及覆膜、清扫工艺等方面,阐述了露石水泥混凝土路面的施工措施,并通过在露石剂喷洒设备和露石清扫机械方面的创新,提出了新的机械化程度更高的露石混凝土施工思路,使之更利于长距离、大规模施工。
This paper introduced the research status of exposed concrete,from the raw materials,exposed aggregate spraying and laminating,cleaning process and other aspects of exposed concrete pavement construction,elaborated the construction measures of exposed cement concrete pavement,and through the innovation of exposed aggregate spraying equipment and exposed mechanical cleaning aspects,put forward the exposed concrete construction ideas of new and higher mechanization,helpful for the long distance,large scale construction.
