摘要
目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效。方法将2012年8月—2015年9月来该院接受治疗的84例高血压合并冠心病患者纳入该研究。按照入院顺序抽签后随机分为实验组和对照组各42例,对照组采取硝苯地平缓释片治疗。实验组采取氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。观察患者疗效。结果实验组降压总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组治疗前后的收缩压分别为(152.49±6.88)mmHg、(126.28±7.54)mmHg,舒张压分别为(100.79±6.44)mmHg、(82.49±4.77)mmHg。对照组治疗前后的收缩压分别为(151.49±6.84)mmHg、(131.49±6.89)mmHg。舒张压分别为(99.79±4.88)mmHg、(84.59±4.46)mmHg。可见两组的收缩压、舒张压均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组心绞痛总有效率为88.10%,高于对照组的52.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病,可改善患者降压效果和心绞痛发作情况,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effects for the patients with hypertension combining coronary heart dis-ease by amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet. Methods From August 2012 to September 2015 84 cases of patients with hypertension combining coronary heart disease were divided into experiment group （42 cases）and control group（42 cases）, the control group treated with nifedipine sustain-released tablet. The experimental group treatment by amlodip-ine atorvastatin calcium tablet. The clinical effects were observed. Results The total antihypertensive effective rate for the experiment group（95.24%） were higher than the control group（71.43%）（P〈0.05）; Systolic blood pressure before and after the experimental treatment group were （152.49 ± 6.88） mmHg, （126.28 ± 7.54） mmHg, diastolic blood pressure, respectively （100.79 ± 6.44） mmHg, （82.49 ± 4.77） mmHg. Systolic blood pressure before and after treatment in the control group were （151.49 ± 6.84） mmHg, （131.49 ± 6.89） mmHg. Diastolic blood pressure, respectively （99.79 ± 4.88）＆amp;nbsp;mmHg, （84.59 ± 4.46） mmHg. Visible groups of systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lower than before treatment were significantly different （P〈0.05）;The total stable angina effective rate for the experiment group（88.10%） were higher than the control group（52.38%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can improve the antihypertensive effect and heart attacks for the patients with hypertension combining coronary heart disease by amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet.
