摘要
目的探究不同的麻醉方法以及麻醉药物对于全麻苏醒期患者躁动出现的影响。方法选取2015年3月—2016年3月间就诊于该院的手术全麻患者126例,随机进行分组,甲组63例,乙组63例。其中甲组使用阿托品、咪唑安定、芬太尼、维库溴铵以及异丙酚进行静脉给药麻醉,乙组患者使用芬太尼、维库溴铵以及异丙酚进行呼吸道给药麻醉。通过使用Ramsay镇静程度评分进行效果评价。结果甲组患者躁动发生例数及其发生率优于乙组患者躁动发生例数以及发生率,甲组躁动人数3例,发生率4.76%;乙组躁动人数48例,发生率76.2%;甲组患者Ramsay镇静程度评分2分以上的例数以及发生率优于乙组,甲组Ramsay镇静程度评分2分以上的例数55例,发生率87.3%;乙组Ramsay镇静程度评分2分以上的例数6人,发生率9.52%。两组患者的各项差异具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论使用阿托品、咪唑安定、芬太尼、维库溴铵以及异丙酚进行麻醉的麻醉效果好,对全麻苏醒期患者躁动具有积极意义,故值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the effects of different anesthetic methods and anesthetics on agitation in patients with general anesthesia during recovery period. Methods 126 cases of general anesthesia patients in the hospital from March 2015 and March 2016 patients randomly were divided into two groups,63 cases in group A, group B 63 cases,the division used scopolamine, midazolam, fentanyl, vecuronium and propofol intravenous anesthesia for medicine,group B patients using fentanyl, vecuronium and propofol airway anesthesia administration. Effect evaluation by using Ramsay sedation degree score. Results Of agitation in patients with first occurrence number of cases and its occurrence rate is better than that of group B patients restlessness occurred and the incidence.A restless number of 3 people, the incidence of 4.76%; group B agitation in the number of 48 cases, the incidence rate was 76.2%; group of patients with Ramsay Sedation score 2 points more than the number of cases and the incidence rate is better than B group.Division of Ramsay Sedation score 2 points more than the number of cases of 55 people, the incidence rate of 87.3%; B group of Ramsay Sedation score 2 points more than the number of cases of 6 people, rate of 9.52%. The statistically significant difference between the two groups, namely P〈0.05. Conclusion Scopolamine, midazolam, fentanyl, vecuronium and propofol anesthesia anesthesia effect, of patients during recovery from general anesthesia restlessness has a positive meaning, so it is worth to promote the use of.
