摘要
目的探讨人性化管理模式对脑外科护理管理质量的影响。方法 2015年12月—2016年12月在该市第一人民医院选取72例脑外科患者,随机分为实验组(人性化护理)和对照组(常规护理),每组36例。观察护理效果。结果实验组护理有效率、护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理模式能够提高治疗效果和护理满意度,具有临床可行性。
Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of humanistic management mode on nursing management quality in the cerebral surgery department. Methods 72 cases of patients in the cerebral surgery department in this hospital from December 2015 to December2016 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(humanistic nursing) and the control group(routine nursing), with 36 cases in each group. The nursing effect was observed. Results Nursing efficiency and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing mode can improve the therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction and it has clinical feasibility.
