护理本科毕业生核心胜任力评价指标体系的构建 被引量:13

摘要 目的构建护理本科毕业生核心胜任力评价指标体系,为护理人才培养目标的设定提供一定的理论基础。方法依据胜任力冰山模型、全球医学教育最低基本要求,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、理论分析、小组讨论初步确定护理本科毕业生核心胜任力评价指标体系框架,采用Delphi法进行2轮专家咨询,确定各指标以及指标的权重分值,构建护理本科毕业生核心胜任力评价指标体系。结果 2轮专家咨询积极性分别为91.30%和88.89%;专家权威系数分别为0.881、0.912,专家咨询可靠性和代表性好。经过2轮专家对指标的筛选和修正,护理本科毕业生核心胜任力评价指标体系包括8项一级指标,35项二级指标。结论护理本科毕业生核心胜任力评价指标体系较全面反映了护理人才培养标准,可以为护理本科生教育目标的设定提供参考依据。 Objective To build a the core competency indicator assessment system of nursing graduates. Methods The system was developed based on competency iceberg model, global minimum essential requirements, literature review,semistructural interviews, theory analysis and group discussion.Then,the indicators and weights were determined by two rounds of Delphi consultation. Results The ratio of effective questionnaires was 91.30% and 88.89% respectively. The expert authority coefficients of two rounds are 0.881 and 0.912 respectively. The core competency indicator assessment system comprised of 8 first level indicators and 35 second level indicators. Conclusion The core competency indicator assessment system eancomprebensively reflect the nursing personnel training standards, and can provide reference for setting up the educational objective of nursing graduate.
