摘要
鼓励创新创业已成为包括我国在内很多国家的发展战略,而创业文化深刻影响着创新创业活动,其中区域文化对创业文化的形成产生着重要影响。就河南省而言,中原文化既蕴含有丰富的创业精神而为创业文化建设奠定基础,也蕴含有抑制创业文化形成的因素,而制约着创业文化建设,左右着创新创业水平。加强创业文化建设,把中原文化融入创业教育,营造鼓励创新、宽容失败的社会文化氛围,使创业文化与中原文化有机融合在一起,是实现河南"大众创业、万众创新力争走在全国前列"目标的重要途径。
Encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship has become the development strategy of many coun- tries including China, and the entrepreneurial culture has a profound impact on the level of innovation and entrepre- neurship, which regional culture has an important influence on the formation of entrepreneurial culture. Henan Province, Central Plains culture contains abundant entrepreneurial spirit, which lays the foundation for the con- struction of entrepreneurial culture; also contains factors that inhibit the formation of entrepreneurial culture, re- stricting the cultivation of entrepreneurial culture, about the level of innovation and entrepreneurship. Strengthening the construction of entrepreneurial culture is an important choice to achieve the goal of Henan ~ ＂public entrepre- neurship, innovation to go in the forefront of the country＂, suggesting to cultivate the entrepreneurial culture based on the Central Plains culture, integrate the Central Plains culture into the entrepreneurship education, and create a social and cultural atmosphere that encourages innovation and tolerance to fail, so that the entrepreneurial culture and the Central Plains culture can be integrated together.
