摘要
利用层次分析法通过对陕西省软科学研究成果应用存在的问题及对策建议的定量分析,列出执行对策建议的优先顺序,从而为提高软科学研究成果的应用提供理论依据,以实现陕西省各相关部门利用软科学研究成果调整和完善其发展策略的目的。
By means of analytic hierarchy process, the paper makes a quantitative analysis on the problems existed in the application of soft science and technology achievements in Shaanxi and their countermeasures, and then lists the priority order of countermeasures implementation, and thus provides a theoretical basis for im- proving the applications of soft science results, so as to reach the goal of adjusting the countermeasures to im- prove the application of soft science achievements in Shaanxi and perfecting its development strategies.
