摘要
目的 调查酒精依赖患者配偶应对方式状况,探讨应对方式与生活质量的相关性.方法 选取2016年6—12月在北京某三甲精神病专科医院住院及门诊就医的118名酒精依赖患者的配偶为研究对象,用应对方式问卷（CSQ）和简明健康调查表（SF-36）作为测量工具.采用Spearman相关分析酒精依赖患者配偶的应对方式与生活质量之间的相关性.结果 应对方式6个维度得分从高到低依次为：＂解决问题＂、＂退避＂、＂合理化＂、＂幻想＂、＂求助＂、＂自责＂.其中＂解决问题＂的应对方式与生活质量呈正相关（r=0.24,P〈0.01）,＂自责＂的应对方式与生活质量呈负相关（r=-0.4,P〈0.01）,＂幻想＂的应对方式与生活质量呈负相关（r=-0.24,P〈0.01）,＂退避＂的应对方式与生活质量呈负相关（r=-0.28,P〈0.01）,＂合理化＂的应对方式与生活质量呈负相关（r=-0.30,P〈0.01）.结论 解决问题的应对方式对酒精依赖患者配偶生活质量有积极影响;自责、幻想、退避及合理化的应对方式对酒精依赖患者配偶生活质量有负性影响.
Objective To describe coping styles of spouses of patients with alcohol dependence and investigate the correlation between coping style and quality of life.Methods Totally 118 spouses of patients with alcohol dependence （outpatient and hospitalized） in a specialized mental hospital were enrolled in this study from June2016 to December 2016. Coping style questionnaire （CSQ） and short-form 36-item questionnaire （SF-36） were used as tools for data collection. Spearman correlation was used as statistical method to analyze the correlation between coping style and quality of life.ResultsThe scores of CSQ from high to low in turn were： ＂solving problem＂, ＂avoidance＂ ,＂rationalization＂, ＂fantasy＂ ,＂asking for help＂ ,＂self-abuse＂. ＂Solving problem＂ coping style was positively correlated with quality of life（r=0.24,P〈0.01）. ＂Self-abuse＂ coping style was negatively correlated with quality of life （r=-0.4,P〈0.01）. ＂Fantasy＂ coping style was negatively correlated with total points of quality of life （r=-0.24,P〈0.01）. ＂Avoidance＂ coping style was negatively correlated with quality of life （r=-0.28,P〈0.01）. ＂Rationalization＂ coping style was negatively correlated with quality of life （r=-0.30,P〈0.01）.Conclusions ＂Solving problem＂ coping style has positive effect on the QOL of spouses of patients with alcohol dependence; ＂avoidance＂, ＂rationalization＂, ＂self-abuse＂ and ＂fantasy＂ coping style have negative effect on the QOL of spouses of patients with alcohol dependence.
