摘要
针对煤基甲醇制丙烯(MTP)工艺激冷系统中油水分离困难的问题,通过对防涡流挡板、收集器降液管及烃侧溢流汽油管线进行了改造优化,减少了液体介质进入接管时回旋形成的旋涡及由此带入液体介质的气泡,增加了水/重烃停留时间,并将激冷水系统中重烃及时转移,解决了煤基甲醇制丙烯工艺中激冷系统油水分离的问题,激冷水泵汽蚀现象大幅度降低,实现了激冷系统平稳运行。
Aiming at the problem that oil and water separation was difficult in the process of coal based methanol to propylene(MTP),the modification and optimization of the vortex breaker, the collector downcomer and the hydrocarbon side overflow gasoline pipeline were carried out. The problem of oil and water separation in quench water system was solved by the means of reducing the vortex and bubbles when liquid medium drained into the pipeline, extending the water and heavy hydrocarbon retention time and removing the heavy hydrocarbons from quench water. The result showed that the phenomenon of pump cavitation greatly reduced and the smooth running of the quench water system was realized.
