摘要
建立了爽肤水、乳液和啫喱类化妆品中4-n-辛基苯酚、4-n-壬基苯酚、壬基苯酚、双酚A的气相色谱质谱分析方法。样品经甲醇超声提取,用UCT提取柱净化后,甲醇定容,采用DB-5ms色谱柱分离,保留时间定性,选择离子扫描,外标法定量。4-n-辛基苯酚、4-n-壬基苯酚、壬基苯酚、双酚A在20~1000μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99。方法的定量限4-n-辛基苯酚、4-n-壬基苯酚为10μg/kg,壬基苯酚为50μg/kg,双酚A为6.8μg/kg;在爽肤水、乳液和啫喱样品中的平均加标回收率为90.1~100.5%。该方法准确、快速,适用于爽肤水、乳液和啫喱类化妆品中4-n-辛基苯酚、4-n-壬基苯酚、壬基苯酚、双酚A的定量检测。
The samples were extracted by methanol. Sample purification was performed on an UCT ex- traction column. The separation of four compounds was carried out on a DB-Sms column. The analytes were indentified with retention time and quantified by the external standard method. The calibration curves for the four compounds were linear in the range of 0--1000μg/L with the correlation coefficients more than 0.99. The quantification limits of 4-n-octyl phenol and 4-n-nonyl phenol were 10μg/kg, nonylphenol was 50 μg/kg, and bisphenol A was 6.8 μg/kg. The recoveries in emulsion and gel samples were in the range of 89.1 %- 102.7%. The method is accurate, fast and suitable for quantitative inspection of 4-n-octyl phenol, 4-n-nonyl phenol, nonyl phenol and bisphenol A in emulsion and gel cosmetics.
