Development Tendency on Thermoelectric Power Generation Technology

摘要 主要围绕利用汽车尾气热量的温差发电技术,综述国内外研究现状,并分析排气温度、冷热端温差、温度分布、热电材料等因素对热电效率的影响,认为冷热端温差对温差发电装置输出功率以及热电转换效率有显著影响。与此同时,对比了三种利用废热发电的技术。 Recently, the energy consumption is increasing rapidly, the use of exhaust heat energy has become the main research direction. This paper mainly introduces developments of the thermoelectric power generation (TEG)technology both at home and abroad, and factors including the exhaust temperature, heat and cold side temperature difference, temperature distribution and thermoelectric materials on the thermoelectric efficiency. The temperature difference between the hot and cold side has a significant impact on output power and conversion efficiency. At the same time, there is a contrast among three power generation technologies using exhaust heat.
