摘要
目的探讨铝碳酸镁联合胃炎康胶囊治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将医院收治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者104例随机分为对照组和治疗组,各52例。对照组患者采用铝碳酸镁治疗,治疗组患者采用铝碳酸镁联合胃炎康胶囊治疗。结果治疗组患者在用药期间仅有2例出现不良反应,少于对照组的10例(P<0.05);胃炎症状消失时间和用药治疗总时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);总有效率为92.31%,高于对照组的71.15%(P<0.05);胃内吸出物相关指标水平的改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁联合胃炎康胶囊治疗胆汁反流性胃炎,可短时间内改善临床症状和生活质量,减少不良反应,保证用药安全,提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hydrotalcite combined with Weiyankang Capsule in treating bile reflux gastritis.Methods Totally 104 patients with bile reflux gastritis in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hydrotalcite,the treatment group was treated with hy drotalcite combined with Weiyankang Capsule.Results During the treatment,the patients in the treatment group with 2 cases of adverse reactions,which were significantly less than 10 cases in the control group（P 〈 0.05）,the gastritis symptoms disappeared time and the total treatment time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than 71.15% of the control group（P 〈 0.05）,the level of related indexes of gastric aspirate in the treatment group was significantly improved than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Hydrotalcite combined with Weiyankang Capsule in treating bile reflux gastritis can improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life in a short period of time,reduce the adverse reactions,ensure the safety of medication and improve the curative effect.
