摘要
针对起重机减速器的选用特点,提出了新型轻量化减速器带状型谱表设计思路,用功能模块化设计方法详细阐述了轻量化起重机新型起升机构轻量化减速器的参数和结构模块化设计方法,利用现代设计理念分析了提高承载能力、实现轻量化设计的方法。
The paper proposes a new idea on designing a banded type spectrum table for new light-weight speed reducer on the basis of requirements on crane reducers. Besides, the paper elaborates on parameters and structure modularization design method for light-weight speed reducers of the new lifting mechanism of light-weight cranes with function modularization design method. The paper further studies how to increase the bearing capacity and realize weight reduction in the context of modem design.
