摘要
为了减少人工撒布融雪盐对环境的破坏,在考虑融雪抑冰效果和经济环保性等方面的基础上,选取合适的原材料以及工艺,制备了一种应用于沥青混凝土路面的缓释蓄盐粉体。采用高倍显微镜与扫描电镜研究了这种缓释蓄盐材料的微观结构特点,并利用自制缓释蓄盐材料完全替代沥青混凝土中的矿粉,分别研究替代后的普通沥青混合料和环氧沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:混合料的各项路用性能满足相关的规范要求,而且实体工程使用效果良好。
In order to reduce the damage to the environment, it is necessary to select suitable raw materials and technology, and to prepare a sustained-release salt-storage material for asphalt concrete pavement on the basis of considering the effect of snow melting and ice suppression and economic benefits. The micro-structure characteristics of the material were studied by high-power microscope and scanning electron microscope. The self-made sustained release salt storage material was used to replace the slag in the asphalt concrete, after which the comparison on the pavement performance of regular asphalt mixture and epoxy asphalt was conducted. The results show that the pavement performance of the mixture meets relevant specification requirements, and the application in practical projects also shows good effect.
