摘要
抑郁症是严重危害人民健康的常见心理障碍。抑郁症的患病率非常高,据世界卫生组织的报告,社区人群中抑郁症的患病率约为3%。抑郁症复发率高,许多社会心理因素如婚姻、家庭等问题是抑郁症的发病和复发的诱因,因此,抑郁症的社区康复极为重要。文章回顾了我国抑郁症社区康复服务的现状和问题,并提出了相关应对策略。
Depressive disorders are the common psychiatric di sorders,which pose g reat harm on the public health.The pr evalence of de-pre ssive disorders is very high.It i s estimated by the World Health Organ ization that the prevalence of depre ssive disorders is about 3%in community populati on worldwide.Co mmunity rehabilitation service is i mportant for patients with depressive disorders,because they are tend to relapse,most of them will not se ek an y help of health care and psycho-social factors,for example marital prob lems,family problems,are the common precipitating factors of dep ression.The author reviewed the com munity rehabilitation service for p atients with depres sive disorders i n China.In terms of quantity and quali ty of the service model in China,some measures were suggested.
