摘要
针对目前防爆变频器功率单元结构分散、布线杂乱、互换性低和维护麻烦等缺陷,提出矿用防爆变频器模块化插接式功率单元。这种功率单元采用模块化插接式设计,使得结构更加紧凑,布线整洁美观,并且通过插接式结构实现整体推拉,井下单人即可进行维修、更换电气元件。
In view of current defects of the power unit in the explosion-proof frequency inverter such as disperse structure, messy wiring, poor interchageability and difficult maintenance, the paper proposed the modular plug-in power unit in the mine-used explosion-proof frequency inverter. Its modular plug-in design brought about compact structure, neat wiring layout and whole push and pull, therefore, single worker could repair or replace the electric element in underground mine.
