摘要
随着时代的进步,产品的小型化精密化成为时代的主流,特别是微小型机械越来越多的参与前沿科技的工作中,其微小型零件的加工精度,更是影响着产品的使用寿命、精密度、可靠度。本文以微细切削加工微小型零件进行加工试验,对影响其表面精度和尺寸精度的影响因素(如最小切削厚度、切削参数、毛刺高度)进行分析、预测。合理的加工方法和合适的工艺参数,才能更好的加工出理想的微小型零件。
With the progress of the times, the miniaturization of the product has become the mainstream of the times, especially the small and medium-sized machinery is more and more involved in cutting-edge technology work. The processing precision of its miniature parts is more Life, precision ,reliability. In this paper, micro-machined micro-paris processing test, the impact of its surface accuracy and dimensional accuracy of the factors( such as the minimum cutting thickness, cutting parameters, bun- height)for analysis and prediction. Reasonable processing methods and the appropriate process parameters, in order to better work out the ideal miniature parts.
