煤矸石热电厂30MW背压式供热机组电气保护方案设计

摘要 随着全国环境治理要求日益严峻,将供热锅炉房改为供热电厂势在必行,在此环境下某煤矸石热电项目应运而生,本项目共分两项工程,本次为一期工程建立2台30MW背压式供热机组,二期扩建1台30MW背压式供热机组。针对该工程中应当注意的相关问题,提出经济合理的电气保护方案。对电气设备进行合理布置;选用直流体系接线方式及持续电源;采用炉机电统一控制,两机一控;完善过电压保护及接地系统。为该工程节约了大量成本,电气保护方案设计合理。方案可投入实际工程使用,后期若发现部分问题还需进一步完善。 Shulan Hongyuan coal gangue thermoelectric project, a total of two projects, the first phase of the project to build 2 30MW back pressure heating units, the expansion of the two phase of the 30MW back pressure heating units. In view of the problems that should be paid attention to in the project, this paper puts forward the economic and reasonable electrical protection scheme. Methods: the reasonable arrangement of the electrical equipment, the use of DC system wiring mode and continuous power supply ; the use of unified control of the furnace, the two machine control ; perfect over-voltage protection and grounding system, the cost of the project is saved, and the design of the electrical protection scheme is reasonable, he project can be put into practical use, if some problems need to be further improved in the later period.
