基于研究型教学开展拔尖人才培养的实践探索 被引量:12

摘要 文章拓展了研究型教学中科研训练环节的教学方法,在学生普遍受惠的基础上,对于部分有意愿的学生,安排他们进入导师的研究室,同研究生一起参加研究室的科学研究活动,学习时间从课程的开始一直延续到他们毕业,以此来加强对学生的科研能力和科研素养的培养,培养拔尖人才。此外,文章还归纳总结了近十年来我们实施的一套研究型教学的方法。 This paper develops the research - based teaching method in the research practice link of the research - based teaching. Based on creating the benefit for all the students, it will arrange some students who would like to accept the method training to study in the professors' laboratory. During the time of the training, the students will do the research with the postgraduate students in the research laboratory. This research training will start from the course start - up and continue until they graduate, which can enhance the students' research ability and quality and cultivate the top talents. Finally, this paper summarize research -based teaching method implemented by us during these ten years.
