摘要
采用双金属浇注方法防止灰铸铁铸件在铸造中产生的铸造裂纹、白口组织、缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷,该工艺方法不仅能提高铸件的机械性能,还能降低铸造成本。
Technology of bimetal pouring is able to improve the mechanical performance of castings while lowering manufacturing costs for defects like casting cracks, white organization, contraction cavities and shrinkage porosity, etc can be avoided in the casting process of grey cast iron parts.
