摘要
视网膜缺血再灌注(Ischemia-reperfusion,I/R)损伤是临床上缺血性眼部疾病常见的病理生理过程,主要表现为视网膜神经元损伤尤其是视网膜神经节细胞(retinal ganglion cell,RGC)死亡,导致视网膜功能丧失,最终引起失明,严重地影响患者的生活质量。如何减轻或防止缺血再灌注损伤引起视神经节细胞凋亡,在视网膜缺血性疾病防治中具有十分重要意义。
Retinal ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury plays a crucial role in the pathophysiology of various ocular diseases,causing death of retinal neurons,particularly retinal ganglion cell(RGCs),leading to loss of retinal function and ultimately visual impairment and blindness,which threatens people's lives and health. That how to prevent retinal ganglion cell from retinal I/R injury makes an important sense in the prevention and treatment of retinal ischemic disease.
