摘要
针对侧向推进器降噪需求,采用双层隧道结构、弹性缓冲连接、加装吸音材料等技术,设计了一款静音侧推器;制作了原始样机及静音设计样机,进行了振动和噪声对比试验研究。结果表明:原始样机在低转速时电机是主要噪声源,高转速时螺旋桨和齿轮箱是主要噪声源;采用静音设计的侧向推进器振动和噪声均明显改善,平均噪声降低6.7 d B,静音设计侧向推进器高转速下主要噪声源为驱动电机。
Aiming at the noise reduction demand of lateral thruster,using the double tunnel structure,elastic buffer connection,installation of sound-absorbing material etc,it designes a mute lateral thruster; making the original prototype and mute design prototype,studies the vibration and noise contrast test. The results show that the original prototype motor is the main noise source at low speed,propeller and the gear box is the main noise sources at high speed; the vibration and noise of lateral thruster adopting mute design have significantly improved,average noise reduction is 6. 7 d B,the main noise source of mute design lateral thruster is driving motor at high speed.
