不同方式镧改性β分子筛在烷基化反应中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 分别采用简单混捏法、水热法和乙醇柠檬酸溶液热处理法将硝酸镧引入到β分子筛中对其进行改性,通过元素分析、N_2吸附-脱附、XRD、吡啶吸附FTIR、NH_3-TPD等方法考察了改性方法对β分子筛结构及表面酸性的影响。表征结果显示,混捏法改性后La负载量最大,其次为水热改性,乙醇柠檬酸溶液水热处理改性后负载量最小;不同方法改性后催化剂的相对结晶度均减小、比表面积和孔体积均下降、NH_3-TPD总酸量均有所增加。改性β分子筛催化剂的苯与乙烯高空速烷基化反应结果表明,乙醇柠檬酸溶液热处理改性的YR-3催化剂(La加入量2.5%(w))的活性最高,但YR-2催化剂(La加入量2.0%(w))的稳定性最好。 By kneading method, hydrothermal treatment, and ethanol-lemon acid solution heat treatment, the La was introduced to β zeolite. The elemental analysis, N2 adsorption-desorption, XRD, pyridine absorbed FTIR and NH3-TPD were used to investigate the effects of modification methods on the structure and acidity of β zeolite. The results showed that the kneading modified β zeolite had the biggest La loading, followed by hydrothermal treatment and ethanol-lemon acid heat treatment. After modification, the relative crystallinity, specific surface area and pore volume decreased; the acid mount(NHa-TPD) increased. The modified catalysts were used in alkylation reaction of benzene with ethylene. The catalyst modified by ethanol-lemon acid heat treatment YR-3 with La adding amount 2.5%(w) had the best activity, and YR-2 catalyst with La adding amount 2.0%(w) had the best stability.
