摘要
目的探讨危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)原理在提高口腔专科医院消毒供应中心无菌物品质量的效果,以期为口腔专科医院医疗器械灭菌后再使用质量保证提供理论依据。方法以我院消毒供应中心提供的无菌物品为研究对象,随机监测2015年5~9月10 000件(实施前),2016年5~9月采用HACCP体系消毒提供的无菌物品10 000件(实施后),比较实施前后无菌物品消毒质量及临床满意度差异,并进行统计学分析。结果在实施HACCP后,无菌物品清洗合格率显著升高(P=0.000),湿包率、标识不清或丢失率、损坏率、化学指示不合格率均显著下降(P<0.05);实施HACCP后临床医护人员对消毒供应中心满意度显著增加(P<0.05)。结论 HACCP可以提高口腔专科医院消毒供应中心无菌物品的质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of the principle of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point （HACCP） on improving the quality of aseptic materials in the disinfection and supply center in stomatological hospital, so as to pro- vide theoretical basis for the quality assurance of the reutilization of medical instruments after sterilization in stomato- logical hospitals. Methods The aseptic materials provided by the disinfection and supply center of our hospital were taken as the research objects. 10 000 items from May 2015 to September 2015（before implementation）, as well as 10000 asep- tic items provided and disinfected by HACCP system from May 2016 to September 2016 （after implementation） were randomly monitored. The differences of the quality of disinfection for aseptic products and clinical satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation, and statistical analysis was performed. Results After the implementation of HACCP, the qualified rate of washing of aseptic materials was significantly increased （P=0.000）. Wet package rate, rate of unclear label or loss of label, damage rate, chemical indication failure rate were all significantly decreased （P〈 0.05）; after the implementation of HACCP, the satisfaction degree of clinical medical staff with the Disinfection and Supply Center was significantly＇ increased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion HACCP can improve the quality of aseptic articles in the disinfection and supply center of stomatological hospitals, which is worthy of oooularization and aoolication.
