摘要
现有磁芯损耗的各种电气测量方法主要是基于测量绝对功率来获得磁元件的磁芯损耗,同时也存在各自的局限。提出了一种高频磁元件磁芯损耗的测量新方法——差值功率测量法,通过测量测试电路输入功率的增量差值来获得给定工况下磁元件的磁芯损耗。以全桥DC/AC逆变电路作为励磁源和测试电路,采用DSP数字控制技术并结合上位机软件,研制了基于差值功率测量法的自动测量装置,实现了对不同PWM励磁工况下的磁芯损耗的测量。最后通过定标量热计法对提出的测量方法和装置进行验证,验证了其可行性和准确性。
The conventional electrical measurement methods to obtain the core losses by testing the absolute power, and have their inherent drawbacks. A novel method for high-frequency magnetics core losses test based on testing the input power variation of the test circuit was proposed. The corresponding test device was built with a DC/AC inverter circuit as the exciting source of the DUT, as well the test circuit. By the DSP digital control and computer software, an automatic test prototype was built based on the differential method. Finally, the calorimetric method was also built to validate the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method and the test prototype.
