摘要
以商洛钼尾矿为主要原料、Si C为发泡剂制备高钼尾矿含量的轻质保温隔热泡沫陶瓷。采用万能试验机、XRD、SEM、电子显微镜等分析测试手段,研究原料组成及热处理工艺对泡沫陶瓷结构及性能的影响。结果表明:随着商洛钼尾矿的减少、发泡温度的升高、发泡剂含量的增加及保温时间的延长,均导致泡沫陶瓷的平均孔径增加,体积密度减小,抗压强度降低。最终以8℃/min的升温速度升至1000℃,再以1℃/min升至1140℃,保温20 min,随炉冷却制得体积密度0.33 g/cm3,抗压强度2.6 MPa,平均孔径1.2 mm,气孔分布均匀的高性能轻质保温隔热泡沫陶瓷材料。
Using Shangluo molybdenum tailings as main raw materials and Si C as foaming agent, lightweight thermal insulation foam ceramics with high content of molybdenum tailings were prepared. The influence of raw material composition and thermal treatment on microstructure and properties of foam ceramics were characterized by universal testing machine, X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and optical microscope. The experimental results show that a decrease in volume density and compressive strength, an increase in average pore size of foam ceramiscs with a decrease in the content of Shangluo molybdenum tailings, an increase in Si C content or an increase in sintering temperature and soaking time. The high performance lightweight thermal insulation foam ceramics are sintered with heating rate of 8 ℃/min to 1000 ℃ then 1 ℃/min to 1140 ℃ for 20 min. The volume density of the foam ceramics is 0.33 g/cm^3. The compressive strength is 2.6 MPa, and the average pore diameter is 1.2 mm.
