摘要
目的探讨甲亢患者最佳的药物治疗方法。方法 2016年7月~2017年1月期间,将我院入院治疗的86例甲亢患者,采取随机数字表法分为西医治疗组和中西医结合治疗组两组。西医治疗组采取常规的西医药物治疗。中西结合治疗组患者除西医药物外,采用我院自拟的中药方剂进行治疗。结果从患者治疗前后的FT3、FT4和TSH测定结果,患者临床症状的改善情况自测结果和治疗效果3方面进行评价。西医治疗组与中西医结合治疗组2组比较,除在临床症状改善情况中的失眠、突眼、多食和多便4项比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余各项比较,后者均取得更为理想的效果,对应项目比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对甲亢患者采取中西医结合的治疗方法,患者症状改善明显,治疗效果显著。
Objective To investigate the best method of drug treatment for hyperthyroidism patients. Methods 86 patients with hyperthyroidism treated in our hospital were divided into 2 groups： the western medicine treatment group and the combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment group. Patients in western medicine treatment group were treated with routine western medicine treatment, and patients in traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were treated by our hospital with the combination of Chinese and Western. Results The determination results were from patients before and after treatment with FT3, FT4 and TSH. The 3 aspects of the improvement of self testing results the patient＇ s clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect were evaluated. Compared between western medicine treatment group and the integrative medicine treatment group, in addition to the improvement of clinical symptoms of insomnia, exophthalmos, eat and then 4 more, there were no significant differences （P 〉 0.05）, compared with other items, the latter obtained more ideal results, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the hyperthyroidism patients, Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine can effectively improve symptoms of the patients, and the treatment effect is significant.
