摘要
港口在综合交通运输体系中的节点作用日益显著,而港口装卸工艺的合理与否对港口的经济效益和社会效益有着举足轻重的影响,故对装卸工艺的优化尤其是设备优化配置的研究至关重要。本文提出以单个设备为分析个体的研究思路,基于层次分析法建立单设备的两级评价指标,运用模糊综合评判法对不同设备的指标进行逐层综合评判,根据最终综合评判结果为设备优选提供决策依据。通过实例应用表明,本方法可实现装卸工艺设备的科学选取。
The role of port in overall transportation system is increasingly significant, and the rationality of the handling technology has a significant impact on the port's economic and social benefits. Therefore, the research of optimizing device configuration is extremely important. In this paper, the idea of taking the single device as analysis object was presented. Two-level evaluation index of single device was established based on AHP method. The FSEM was applied to do comprehensive evaluations of different devices. And the evaluation results were treated as evidences of optimized equipment. Practical application shows that this method makes the selection of handling equipment more scientific.
