摘要
目的分析并比较血液透析和腹膜透析对慢性肾功能衰竭的临床治疗疗效。方法选择我院在2014年3月—2016年7月接收并治疗的82例慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为本研究的研究对象,对所有患者进行分组,分为血液透析治疗组和腹膜透析治疗组两组,每组患者均为41例,对于两种透析方法对患者治疗的效果进行分析和比较。结果对于本研究治疗的疗效和并发症,采用血液透析治疗的患者的治疗效果和并发症的情况与采用腹膜透析患者相比存在有明显的优势,两组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论从透析的效果来看,血液透析的效果优于腹膜透析的效果,但是两种透析方法各自存在缺点和优点,临床在对患者进行治疗时,应该根据患者的实际情况酌情选择,可有效地促进患者更好的恢复。
Objective To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods In our hospital, 82 cases of chronic renal failure patients were selected as the research object of this study from March 2014 to July 2016. All the patients were divided into two groups： hemodialysis treatment group and peritoneal dialysis treatment group. There were 41 patients in each group. The effect of the two dialysis methods on the treatment of patients was analyzed and compared. Results The treatment effect and complications of hemodialysis patients had obvious advantages compared with peritoneal dialysis patients, P 〈 0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion From the point of the effect of dialysis, peritoneal dialysis is better than the effect of hemodialysis, but two dialysis methods have their advantages and disadvantages. Patients should choose according to the actual situation of discretion, can effectively promote the recovery of patients better.
