摘要
目的探讨体检人员和采血人员手部卫生状况和改进措施。方法选取我站60例体检、采血人员作为研究对象,检测60例参与实验人员工作前、工作中、工作后手部卫生情况,改进优化原来的洗手方法后再对实验人员手部卫生情况进行检测。实验结束后,对比参与实验人员改进手消毒方法前后手部卫生合格率。结果改进洗手方法前,参与实验人员手部卫生合格的有50例(83.33%),改进后参与实验人员手部卫生合格的有59例(98.33%),改进手部消毒方法后体检、采血人员的手部卫生情况明显优于改进前(P<0.05)。结论部分血站体检人员和采血人员存在不重视手部卫生和手部卫生较差情况。改进优化洗手方法后起到了较为显著的效果,加强对部分体检、采血人员专业知识的培训,可以保证工作人员自身和献血者的健康安全。
Objective To explore the hand hygiene status of physical examination and blood sampling personnel and improvement measures. Methods 60 cases of physical examination and blood sampling were selected as the object of study. The hand hygiene of 60 cases in the experiment work, at work, after work were detected. After optimizing the hand washing method, the hand hygiene of the experimental personnel was tested. At the end of the experiment, the hand hygiene rate of hands before and after the hand disinfection method was improved. Results Before the hand washing method was improved, 50 cases （83.33%） were involved in the hand hygiene of the experimental personnel, and 59 cases （98.33%） were involved in the hands hygiene after the improvement. After improving the hand disinfection method, the hand hygiene condition of the physical examination and blood sampling personnel was obviously better than that before the improvement （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There are no attention to hand hygiene and poor hand hygiene in medical staff and blood sampling personnel in some blood stations, Improving the method of hand washing has obvious effect, and strengthening the training of some physical examination and professional knowledge of blood sampling personnel can ensure the health and safety of the staff themselves and blood donors.
