摘要
目的探索微信联合PBL(Problem-Based Learning)教学法在急诊临床教学中的应用。方法选取我科的专业硕士研究生161名作为研究对象,将其随机分为联合组(58人)、PBL组(46人)和传统组(57人)。联合组采用微信联合PBL教学法进行临床带教,PBL组采用PBL教学法,传统组采用传统教学法。临床学习结束时,评估三组人员的教学考核成绩和调查问卷情况。结果联合组和PBL组教学考核成绩和调查问卷情况各项评价指标均优于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组在提高操作技能成绩,提升科研素养和改善教学质量等方面优于PBL组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信联合PBL教学法在激发学习兴趣,提高学习主动性,培养临床思维、提升科研素养、加强医患沟通以及改善教学质量等方面效果显著。
Objective To study the application of WeChat combined with problem based learning (PBL) in emergency clinical teaching. Methods A total of 161 professional postgraduates were selected as the subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups (58 persons), group PBL (46 persons) and traditional group (57 persons). The combined group adopted WeChat combined PBL teaching method for clinical teaching, PBL group adopts PBL teaching method, the traditional group adopted the traditional teaching method. At the end of the clinical study, the teaching assessment scores and questionnaires of the three groups were evaluated. Results The teaching evaluation scores and questionnaires in the combined group and PBL group were better than those in the traditional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The combination group was superior to the PBL group in improving the operation skills, improving the scientific research quality and improving the teaching quality, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion WeChat combined with PBL can stimulate interest in learning, arouse learning initiative, cultivate clinical thinking, enhance science literacy, promote doctor-patient communications and improve the quality of teaching, and it should be deserving of exploration and promotion.
