摘要
实验室条件下模拟工业化生产过程,研究了MB15镁合金中不同锆含量及不同铸造温度对化合物的影响。结果表明,随着锆含量的增加和铸造温度的降低,合金中形成α(Zr)或Zn_2Zr_3相,一般应将锆的质量分数控制在0.55%以下,铸造温度不低于705℃,从而避免化合物的形成及偏聚。
The industrial production is simulated under laboratory conditions to study the effect of Zr and casting temperature on the compound of MB15 magnesium alloy. The results show that or(Zr) or Zn2Zr3 phases are formed in the alloy with the Zr content increasing and the casting temperature decreasing. Thus the Zr content should be generally controlled below 0.55wt. % and the casting temperature not less than 705℃, to avoid the formation and segre- gation of compounds.
